windy 'toons

This is another piece with a similar feel as the art below.  This one has a cartoony personality.  It's another piece inspired by the flowing sound of music.

musical art

Seeing music with colors, shapes and patterns.  This art was influenced by the Cuban orchestra musician and composer, Xavier Cugat.  This represents about 100 hours of work, over three months' time.  I loved working on it.  11"x14" watercolor

radio head


While painting at my out-behind-the-barn studio, I notice that my radio looks like a face when its cassette mouth is open. I guess it's good to be easily amused.
