Isaiah

A quick sketch of Isaiah, the Greater Swiss Mountain dog. I just met him at the post office, in the back of a Jeep in the parking lot. He's a BIG happy dog.

the gas station

A rancher with his Australian shepard, filling up the gas tank early in the morning. People around here love to drive their pickup trucks with their dogs in the back. Some of the dogs balance themselves on the roof of the truck while moving at 50 miles an hour down the road. They are usually leashed, but still...?!?!

more suburbia

I have this love/hate relationship with suburban America. I grew up in it, my family moved around the country quite a bit in my childhood. We always landed in suburbia. I suppose we need comfort and safety in sameness. I would prefer to live on a boat.

Spot

I saw this dog in a car. He was very unique with freckle spots on his face. The spots became stripes on his back. It looked like wet paint blown in a strong wind. I would love to find his owner to give him/her this art.

WOOF!

A dog I know. A REALLY hungry dog.
